Pointwest Equipment are located in Geraldton, Western Australia. Pointwest provides a start to finish service which delivers to their clients an efficient and hassle free process for asset disposal and asset procurement, of plant equipment within the Construction, Farming & Transport.

THE PROJECT
Our collaboration with Pointwest commenced seven years ago. Recently, we revitalised the outdated website design originally completed by 247 Web Design, with the aim of enhancing the brand and showcasing the premium quality equipment offered by Pointwest Equipment. This redesign also emphasizes their asset procurement and disposal services. 247 Web Design delivered a stunning, modern website that embodies their brand excellence and sets them apart in a competitive landscape.
We embraced the Pointwest blue color scheme, using it effectively to create eye-catching visuals and consistent design elements throughout the site. This strategy has strengthened the brand’s identity, making each page vibrant and memorable. Significant enhancements included designing a seamless user experience and intuitive navigation. We custom-coded a logo switch header effect to maximize the website’s appeal and incorporated a mega menu to direct visitors to the relevant equipment categories and highlight featured equipment and special offers. This ensured that visitors could easily browse and engage with Pointwest Equipment’s machine inventory, simplifying the process of locating exactly what they need.
Each category—Agriculture, Construction, and Transport Equipment—features custom templates along with dedicated forms for each department. These forms connect to a self-hosted CRM to capture leads and maintain a profile of customer interests, emails, and contact information. The CRM integrates smoothly with the website and also provides email marketing capabilities. Furthermore, we incorporated the Facebook Meta API and pixel, established a custom Facebook Meta app, and included a social media auto-poster and scheduler to elevate Pointwest’s social media marketing initiatives.
Through the use of social media integrations, we have experienced a remarkable 100% increase in visitors to the website from social platforms. This integration allows Pointwest to manage their social media in conjunction with their website. Whenever a listing is added, it is automatically shared on social media in the appropriate format, complete with links that direct traffic back to the website. This approach minimises double handling at the business level and ensures that all posts are accurately shared, effectively driving traffic to products and services.
